I have a big passion for healthy living. I believe in the power of food because I have experienced how eating plant-based whole foods changed my life. I spent a large part of my early 20’s stressing out about food and unhappy with my body. I counted calories and went to the gym just to burn them off. It was an ugly cycle. My story entails stumbling across a vegan diet and learning to love myself. Those two things changed my world. I stick to a plant-based diet these days and I feel incredible from it. I became a Beachbody Health Coach because I want to help others along their journey. The food we eat is our first line of defense. Most importantly, it’s our fuel for a happy life!
