Love A Latte is all about my passion for a happy & healthy life filled with whole foods, runs, lattes and love. I created this space as a way of sharing my life and connecting with others. I’m a mom, wife, plant-based eater and health coach. I also work full-time in the legal field. Life is busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I'm fascinated with the power of food. I believe that one of the most important things I can do for myself each day is eat right. Quality food fuels my life. I like to think of food as the first line of defense for my health. I care a lot about what I put in my body because I know that eating whole foods makes me feel like a superhero. A morning baking and cooking up a storm in the kitchen is like therapy to me. I also love to run. I've run one marathon, several half-marathons and an assortment of shorter races. I go through phases with running and training seriously, but it's something I enjoy with all my heart. It's transformed my life because it has made me stronger physically and mentally.
I'm healthly living enthusiast. I've spent the last six years learning as much as I can about health and wellness. From a vegan diet to a macrobiotic diet, I love to learn it all and embrace various aspects in my life. I'm not a nutritionist or a doctor, so everything I write about is based on my personal experience and comes from a very heartfelt place.
