Colorful Food

Happy Thursday!  How's your week going?  Did you try my no bake cookie recipe?  I've been having like 2 cookies a day - wonderfully guilt free!  One cookie for my mid morning snack at work and another for dessert at night.  It's been quite a treat this week!

Here's a glimpse of how my food has looked this week...

Isn't food so colorful and fun?!
Today is a really busy day, but I like them that way...most of the time.  The foods that has kept me energized these last few days are:

brown rice kale almonds sunflower seeds walnuts pecans
sprouted bread no bake cookies bananas apples baby carrots lentil stew
barley decaf coffee raisins brown rice pasta daiya faux chicken nuggets
peanut butter kukicha tea field roast sausages rice crackers

I've got lots more to share, but time to get going on this busy day!!!  Talk to you much more tomorrow :)

How's your food been this week?

  2. I WILL be making yours the next time I make no bake cookies...which will be soon since the ones I made the other day are almost gone! I need to get sunflower oil; unless you think I can sub canola or coconut oil. I posted the ones I made the other day! Check it out! :)

    1. I absolutely will! My raw balls in desserts use coconut oil. For these no bake cookies I think canola might work! Let me know if you try it:)
