Brown rice with sautéed kale or collard greens sprinkled with roasted sunflower seeds (or pumpkin seeds)

Sweet potato with Earth Balance butter and cinnamon
Corn puffs with Almond Milk
Lunches:
Apple with peanut butter
Brown rice and guacamole

Leftover Rice Noodle Stir Fry
Leftover Lentil Stew
Udon noddles with paprika seasoning in olive olive with garlic and onion

Dinners:
Lentil Stew over brown rice with sautéed kale
Rice Noodle Stir Fry (Rice noodles, fried tofu, lots of broccoli in shoyu/mirin sauce)
Chipotle (Rice, black beans, corn salsa, guacamole, lettuce)
Sesame Tofu over brown rice with sautéed kale and baked sweet potato
Snacks:
Organic baby carrots
Raisins
Raisins
Almonds
Soy decaf lattes
Sesame Rice Crackers with peanut butter
