Weekly Chipotle Dinner

I love Chipotle.  I went to Chipotle for the first time about 2 years ago and it blew my mind away.  It is absolutely one of my favorite places to eat.  I love that it caters to meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans...everyone!  My husband can get his chicken burrito while I can feast on a bowl of brown rice, black beans, corn, salsa, lettuce and of course guacamole!!!
