Hot Sriracha "Chicken" Wrap! (Vegan)

Hey there!

On the drive back from visiting family this weekend, I was craving a wrap like the one I had at my favorite vegan cafe a few weeks back (it was a tempeh bacon "chicken" wrap).  I knew I had faux chicken nuggets in the freezer and wraps, daiya, baby spinach, sriracha and Vegenaise in the fridge.  Perfect!

This wrap is very easy to make and took just under 20 minutes.  And that's only because baking these faux chicken nuggets took 15 minutes.

The wrap makings...

Just a few steps:

1.  Melt the daiya on the wrap.

2.  Add the spinach.

3. Mix up the Vegenaise and Sriracha (I used 1 tbsp. Vegenaise and 1 tsp. Sriracha).

4. Chop up the "chicken" and mix into Vegenaise/Sriracha mixture then add to wrap.

5.  Roll up that wrap and enjoy!

This was SO GOOD!  I will be making it again and again...

What's your favorite wrap?

  1. I've been on a wrap kick lately! Maybe it had to do with buying an excessive amount for enchiladas which failed :( These sound delicious and so easy! And I hopefully won't fail at them haha

  3. This sounds so yummy! I love making wraps because they're something I know Josh will love (as long as I call them a burrito). Melty Daiya is one of the most delicious things on the planet, so I'm sure this turned out as good as it sounds.
